The property is available on a short term let basis for certain periods of the year.

This is a fully furnished house, ready to move in and includes everything that an Airbnb would include with the exception of the price!

As this is a short term rental The bills are payable to myself but there are smart metres so you can see your consumption.. This is my home and has been for many years. I rent the house out whilst I’m out of the country. When I return I use it as home again… It has my things in it which you are free to use as your own. I’m very laid back and just ask you to treat it with the same respect as though it was your own.

Next Available –  End of March 2026 to  mid to the end of June ’26.

Price based on a three month rental £360 Per week-  £1,560 per month

Price based on a ONE month stay (minimum) £500 per week – £2,166 per month

Plus : Fixed price bills to be passed on at £13 per day to cover Super Fast 200MBps Fibre Broadband, TV Licence,  Buildings Insurance and on street parking Permit  – This works out at £91 per week and will be added on to the rental period. Off street parking may possibly be available at extra cost. Please enquire.

Plus : Electric, Gas and Water metered – as used

£200 – reservation deposit (whilst tenant checks are complete) and a further £1,000 on acceptance totalling £1,200 holding deposit which then becomes your damage deposit – payable by bank transfer in advance. Should you fail the tenant check you’ll receive a full refund. There is no admin fee.

A further  energy downpayment of £300 will be required on moving in.

Shorter periods will be considered but priority will be given to longer requests.

Cleaning fee – £75 if applicable

I am extremely fair when it comes to damages deposits. I allow £50 per rental period in damages. Anything else will be deducted from your deposit but at all times a conversation will be had prior to any deduction.

References and standard property tenant check are required. You’ll be given a link to complete your ID checks on. If you are likely to fail these please talk to me beforehand.

Rent is generally payable in two instalments for the rental period. One before the rental starts and the remaining at week 5. However, depending on the circumstances this may change. In certain cases I ask for the entire rental upfront.  This will be discussed before as part of terms prior to agreement and I will be  reasonable at all times..

If anything happens before the rental begins that stops you from moving in I will work with you to find a solution and I will re-advertise the property and I will only charge for the vacant period and extra advertising costs.

IMPORTANT

You will be invited to stay on a TEMPORARY basis. The agreement will be. a lodgers agreement and a licence. This will NOT be a ‘FIXED TERM TENACY’. You will have use of the Kitchen, Toilets, lounge and bedrooms but this remains my residence whilst i am away. This will be classed as a temporary accomodation and you will need to provide a permanent address. If you are a UK resident you will be required to provide proof that you are registered elsewhere. My items will remain in cupboards and one of the wardrobes will be full of my clothes locked up but you’ll have full use of the other one. My study will remain locked and you wont have access to that.
